When Quality Alignment & Brake Center was founded in Valley City in 1999, we had one guiding mission. Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers’ needs are met fully with each visit they make to our shop. Initially, we opened for business in a relatively small shop with a dedicated team of experienced mechanics. By providing consistently excellent service for auto repairs and maintenance work, we built our business from the ground up. Ten years ago, we moved into a larger building to accommodate our growing customer base, and we continue to make customer satisfaction a priority.

About Our Owners

Brian and Gary Nelson opened the doors to Quality Alignment & Brake Center more than 20 years ago, and they have worked tirelessly to ensure that each customer is happy with the results that they and their team have produced. Altogether, our current team has more than 75 years of combined auto repair and maintenance experience. While they are focused on delivering a superior customer experience, they also focus on giving back to the community. The American Cancer Society is one of the organizations that the company donates to regularly.
